Bumgardner of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Billy Dee; and her brother Ricky Lee Fuller. She is survived by: her mother Betty Jane Fuller (Knight); her husband Gene Bumgardner; her children, Kristin Rusk (Nick) of Chillicothe, Andy Bumgardner (Ashley) of Chillicothe and Austin Bumgardner; her granddaughter Maeve; and her brother Alan Fuller (Barbara).
