Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Roberta Hughes of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Lorain, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 74, on March 6, 2023. She was predeceased by: her father William Howard Taft; and her siblings, William "Sonny" Willis and Deloris Pennisten. She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Spindler (Richard) and Stacy Hines (Terrance) of Frankfort, KY; her grandchildren, Sydney Simmons (Kyle), Iann Hines (Emily), Grace Spindler, Shelby Hines and Aiden Hines; her great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Evelynne and Emberlyn; her brother Kenneth Willis (Jennifer); and her former husband Donald Hughes, Jr. of Chillicothe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and her special friend.
