He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Waugh, Sr. and Norma J. Shaffer. He is survived by: his spouse Mitchell; his children, Kelly Martinez, Troy Waugh (Tish), Lora Riley, Carrie Waugh (John), Dianna Ganzimer (Chuck) and Heather Grose (Billy); and his siblings, Marty Canter, Chuck Steinmiller and Donna Canter. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
