He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Stultz and Ruth Stultz (O'Dell). He is survived by: his wife Ruth M. Cutright; his children, Dale Stultz (Diane) of Columbus, Ohio, Jan Fire (Jim) of Canton and Cheri Richter (John) of Huntington, Indiana.; his grandchildren, John Richter (Katie), Todd Richter and Siera Schwartz (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Clara, Maisa, Abby Richter, Gracelynn, Elliana and Titus Schwartz.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests, donations be made in honor of Bob to the Walnut Street UM Church 16 S. Walnut Street, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.
