He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Martin and Virginia Martin (Harrell); and his grandparents, Charles, Blanche Martin, Wallace and Ella Harrell.
He is survived by: his former wife Theresa Ann Althouse; his wife Terri; his brother Ronny Lee Martin; and his aunt Patty Ann Martin.
