He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulysses J. LaGard and Ruth LaGard (Byers); his wife Mildred "Mikie" LaGard (Black); his stepmother Mary LaGard; and his siblings, Andrew LaGard, Leroy LaGard, Kate Machesney and Carol Ramsey.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rev. Dale Gilbert (Cindy) and Cindy Murray (Dwight).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory (1661 Western Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
