He was predeceased by: his parents, Carolyn Boydston and Robert Hurst; and his sister Lisa Hurst. He is survived by: his cousins, Crystal Rider, Lori Neff and Curtis Lewis; and his close friend Vincent Branson.
A committal service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Greenlawn Cemetery (643 Eastern Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at the same location.
