With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Gillum Sr. of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on April 21, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Merida Gillum and Iva Gillum (Ison); his son Michael Gillum; and his siblings, Paul Gillum, Thursa Huff, Tom Gillum, Floyd Gillum and Johnny Gillum.
He is survived by: his children, Robert D. Gillum, Jr. (Misty Oakes) of Waverly, Scott Gillum (Kim Eberst) of Dublin, OH and Tiffany Dyer of Indiana; his grandchildren, Chloe Gillum, Ava Ward, Delaney Ward, Silas Knox and Stella Knox; and his siblings, Jim Gillum of Kentucky, Delbert Gillum (Patti) of Kentucky, Charlie Gillum (Kay) of Chillicothe, Gary Gillum (Debbie) of Chillicothe, Sam Gillum (Sandy) of Chillicothe, Emory Gillum (Diane) of Chillicothe, Gene Gillum of Chillicothe, Reeda Wolfe of Chillicothe, Grover Gillum of Jackson, OH and Molly Hamilton (Ralph) of Leesburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
