He is survived by: his wife Sarah Lutz Blair; his children, Robbie Blair (Christine) of Atlanta, GA, Tom Francis (Jacque) of Colorado Springs, CO and Kelley Neal (Steve) of Springhill, TN; his grandchildren, Jacob Neal, Ellen Francis and Joel Francis; his siblings, Lora Brady (Perry) of Crestline, OH and Jerry Fisher of San Diego, CA; and his brother-in-law Bill Stansberry of Chillicothe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
