He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Dearth and Anna E. Strawser Dearth; his sons, Randy Sanders and Bobby Dearth; his grandson Robby Dearth; and his siblings, John Dearth, Judy Dearth and Pat Zarobinski.
He is survived by: his daughter Ruby Smart (Josh); his son-in-law Henry Wytko; his grandchildren, Johna, Kieriana, Annalyn, Emersyn, Tayson and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Maryauna, Isaiah and Adaline; his siblings, Bud Dearth, Gary Dearth (Mary), Jim Dearth (Madona), Rick DeMint (Brenda), Jane McGarvey Brenda (Brian) and Linda Kocher; his sisters-in-law, Kim and Alida; and his pets, Mike and Ziva. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenlawn Cemetery (643 Eastern Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601).
