We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2022, at the age of 92, Richard Tuttle of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Lancaster, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Tuttle to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary Ellen Banks and Jim Tuttle; his siblings-in-law, Letha Tuttle and Robert Busch; and his parents, Rev. Lloyd W. Tuttle and Marvene L. Stevens Tuttle.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Seymour Tuttle; his brother Otto Tuttle; and his sons, Rick Tuttle (Angela) and Scott Tuttle (Melanie). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tyler Memorial United Methodist Church or to Chillicothe Evening Lions.
