With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Richard T. Shoemaker of Chillicothe, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Richard left this world on January 20, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard R. Shoemaker and Gladys Detty Shoemaker; and his sons, Richy Shoemaker and Robert Johnson. He is survived by: his granddaughter Kayli Ann Johnson; his great grandchildren, Zaiden, Vanden and Azyline; his brothers, Gene Shoemaker and Bill Shoemaker (Carol); and his brother-in-law Earl Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenlawn Cemetery (643 Eastern Ave, Chillicothe, OH 45601).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ware Funeral Home to help the family.
