He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Cochenour and Ethel J. Cochenour (Fout); and his brother Ricky. He is survived by: his wife Nina R. Reisinger; his children, Mindy Manion (Tim) of Chillicothe, Richard "Dale" Cochenour of Chillicothe, Nedra Blanton (Scott Lowe) of Chillicothe, Chad E. Blanton (Amber) of Chillicothe and Gena Brown (James Waldrup); and his siblings, Janice Stanley (John), Kathy Sheese (Ed), Beverly Montgomery (Bob), Marlene Shaw (Larry), Darlene Williams (Sally Stevens) and Matthew Hatfield (Deb). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
