She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Smith and Marjorie Smith (Betts) of Chillicothe; and her sister Rose M Silcott. She is survived by: her daughters, Helen Neal (Steve Neal Jr.) of Chillicothe, Randi Uhrig (Joe Uhrig) of Chillicothe and Billie Guysinger of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Taylor Simmons, Amelia Uhrig, Lilliana Neal and Quin Dunn; her siblings, Chestine Smith (Mack) of Waverly, Nancy Decker of Bainbridge, Bonnie Davis of Chillicothe, Chester Smith of Chillicothe, Jeff Smith (Susan) of Chillicothe and Ernie Smith of Jackson; and her partner's children, Tiffany, Taylor and Tabby Vulgamore. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
