He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Puckett; his daughters, Jennifer Brown (Jeremy) of Chillicothe, Heather Wilmoth (Danny Atwood) of Chillicothe and Brandi Wilmoth (Ryan Dailey) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Kenzie, Shai, Paris, Nia Brown, Isaiah, Randy Allagree, Aniyah Hendricks, Gianna Goen and Major Dailey; and his siblings, Rodney Bushatz of Chillicothe, Renee Norris of Winston-Salem, NC and Rhonda Conley of Chillicothe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
