He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry, Sr. Withrow and Alice M. Withrow (Kelley); and his siblings, Clarence, James, Harry, Butch Withrow, Susie Ward, Mary Jo Brock, Elizabeth Sims, Linda Ramirez and Maude Alley.
He is survived by: his wife Martha E. McFadden; his daughters, Jill Hagen, Rachel Clement and Michelle Black; and his siblings, Samuel Withrow (Sandy), Virgil (Linda), Mikey J. Withrow, Jo Ann Tinker of Chillicothe, Wilma Seymour of Chillicothe, Cynthia Withrow of Chillicothe and Molly Harrington of Chillicothe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
