He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lou Fout Scott; his daughters, Sarah Rinehart (Jim) of Sevierville, TN, Amanda of Chillicothe and Victoria Scott of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Beth, Ashley and Matt Rinehart (Brandy); his great grandchildren, Cassie, Macy, Canaan, Sophia and Jacob; and his sisters, Janice Ebert (Bruce) and Linda Mullins (Harry).
