He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda Payne and Clarence Payne Sr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Clarence Payne J. R (Kathy), Mary Payne (Karl), Tammy Huff (Terrance) and Bobbie Payne; his children, Erika Eversman, Harlee Payne, Rease Segura, Triston Segura, Keirstin Segura, Cloey Segura, Trevor Segura, Cole Segura, Cam Payne, Kali Payne and Caden Reid; and his close friend Lesha Smith. He is also survived by his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, 7 Nieces, 6 Nephews, 4 great nieces, and 5 great Nephews.
Due to CDC COVID-19 recommendations. the family will greet Friends and extended family on Tuesday December 8th 2020 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Edwards Funeral Service Chapel 1166 Parsons Avenue Columbus, Ohio 43206 for a walk-thru viewing in order for those that so loved R. C to be able to pay their final respects. Guests are asked to wear a face mask or face shield and practice social distancing.
