She was predeceased by: her parents, Phil Baldwin and Mary Lois Scott Baldwin; her husband Bernard LeBlanc; and her brothers, Douglas and Lacy.
She is survived by: her children, Jefferson L. Coy of Chillicothe and Rhonda K. Coy (Louie) of Chillicothe; and her grandsons, Colton Detty and Dylan Coy. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
