She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Woods and Melva Woods (Hardesty); her husband Richard E. Puckett; her grandson Randy Wilmoth, Jr.; and her great grandchild Jeremy Brown, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Puckett of Chillicothe and Jacqueline Wilmoth (Randy) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Jennifer Brown (Jeremy), Richard Hosler, Heather Wilmoth (Danny), Ryan Hosler (Katherine), Robert Hosler and Brandi Wilmoth (Montana); her siblings, Jocelyn Gallaugher and Larry Staffin (Nancy); and her brother-in-law Terry (Carolyn). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family.
