With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Bellar of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on October 17, 2020 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph D. "Pete" and Shirley C. Shaw (Blevins). She is survived by: her sons, Robert D. Bellar (Parker) of Chillicothe, James Bellar (Whitney) of Chillicothe and Jason D. Bellar of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Destiny, Aubrey, Ashlyn, Klayton, Alaina, Katelyn, Emily, Jase and Anson Bellar; and her siblings, Debbie McQuaide (Kenny) of Kingston, William "Dave" Shaw of Chillicothe and Ralph "Bud" Shaw of Chillicothe. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
