He was predeceased by: his parents, George Yoakum and Helen Treat Yoakum. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lee Primer Yoakum; his children, Paul W. Yoakum II (Brent Seekatz) of Columbus and Kristin Boyer (Tim) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Alexandria (Neil) and Mackenzie Boyer; and his great grandchildren, Theo, Louis and Abraham Hertenstein.
