He is survived by: his wife Lola Smith Schumann; his daughters, Lori Collins (Brian) of Chillicothe, Julie Burke (Brandon) of Maineville, OH and Leah Schumann of New Albany, OH; his grandchildren, Andrew, Jacob Collins, Jenna and Abbie Burke; his siblings, Roberta Schumann of Chillicothe, Ruth McCloskey of Chillicothe, Mary Strawser (Harold) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Michael Schumann (Cheryl) of The Villages, FL, Martin "Tony" Schumann (Charlotte) of Ft. Myers, FL and Bernard Schumann (Denise) of Chillicothe; and his sister-in-law Mary Lou Schumann of Hilliard, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
