He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Reese and Hester Reese (Snyder); his wife Juanita; his great grandchild Granville Peterson; his siblings, David Dean (Doris Reese), Henry Lowell, Ollie Reese and Mae (Earl Chaney); his parents-in-law, Granville and Ruby McCoppin; and his nieces, Kim, Linda Reese and Yolanda Sampson.
He is survived by: his daughter Anita R. "Cookie" Reese Peterson; his grandchildren, Emily (Matthew Adams), Joseph (Bethany Rozell) and Holly Peterson (Travis Sayre); his great grandchildren, Tobias, Akari, Areana Sayre, Gage Tanner, Corsica Jo, Jayden and Michael Adams; his goddaughters, Mandy Hurles Ford and Bridget Wright Coe; his nieces and nephews, Cindy, Sonie Sampson, Mindy, Michael Chaney, Rick, Pam Reese, David, Jeff and James Reese; and his friends, Woody Lance, Dean Bethel, Larry Strausbaugh, Tony Hurles, Chuck Groves and Jack Roush.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests, donations be made to the Ross County Humane Society 2308 Lick Run Rd #A, Chillicothe, OH 45601, for the new building fund.
