He was predeceased by: his parents, Foster Johson and Martha Johson. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughter Dr. Paula Garvey (Sean); his grandsons, Michael Paul and William Patrick Garvey; his siblings, Michael (Shelia) and Beverly Mayo (Dan); his sister-in-law Betty Johnson; and his siblings, Patsy Bishop, David, Charles, Glenn, Wendell, Gary and James.
