He was predeceased by: his father James "Fred" Saunders. He is survived by: his mother Linda Gardiner Saunders of Chillicothe; his wife Cheryl J. Dennewitz; his children, Joshua Barlage (Carrie Clogg) of Clive, IA and Briana Osborne (Scott Oyer) of Chillicothe; his grandsons, Trent Lyons, Samuel Barlage and Charles Barlage; his siblings, James Saunders (Mary), Brian Saunders and Brenda Saunders (Billy) of Chillicothe; his niece Jennifer Cottrill (Dustin); his nephew Dustin Hougland (Reeanna); his great-niece Charlie Cottrill; his great-nephew Tate Cottrill; and his friends, Jay Bethel and Ed Tuvell.
