We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2023, at the age of 91, Patricia Rhoads (Chillicothe, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Pool Rhoads; and her spouse Dale Eugene Rhoads. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Rhoads Cerbasie, Philip W Rhoads, David L Rhoads (Anita) of Anderson, SC and John J Chillicothe (Sharon); and her grandchildren, Candace Owens (Todd), Sarah Bolt (Kyle), Emily Walker (David) and John A Rhoads. She is also survived by nine great- grandchildren.
