She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrol Lockard (Ike) and Gayla Lockard (Tarbill); her son Charles Barclay; and her sister Charlotte L. Rhoades. She is survived by: her little Yorkie; her husband Robert Barclay (Bob); her son Kenneth Barclay (Melissa) of Tallapoosa, Georgia; her daughter-in-law Carrie Barclay of Granville, OH; her siblings, George Lockard of Chillicothe and Bonnie Lockard of Chillicothe; her sisters-in-law, Wanda Schrader (Jack), Pam Bostwick (Bruce) of Champaign and Maxine Barclay (Buddy) of Chillicothe; her grandsons, Joseph, John, Ken and Robert Barclay; and her great grandchild Novaleigh Barclay. She is also survived by loving mother and grandmother.
