He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Manion and Bessie Manion; his siblings, Joan Michael (Jo), Virginia Black (Jenny) and Jimmy; and his daughter Patricia Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Manion; his daughters, Robin Jones and Lea Cutright (Greg); his grandson Brandon Jones; and his great grandchild Scott Jones.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
