She is survived by: her husband Bob Phipps; her children, Holly Steele (Steve) of Chillicothe and Robbie Phipps (Janna) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Mackenna, Olivia, Megan, Isabella, Abby Steele, Rhett, Reese, Rylan, Reid Phipps, Gage Bray and Lana Steele; and her sisters, Pegge White of Ohio, Teresa Lee (Bill) of Ohio and Tammy Nemeth (Bill) of Ohio.
