It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Otis Brantley of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on July 18, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa Brantley and Otis Brantley; his brother Robert "Bob" Brantley; and his wife Elsie "Grace" Carnes. He is survived by: his children, David Brantley (Connie Brantley) and Susan Hager (Garry Hager); his grandchildren, Jennifer (Adam), Sleeper, Justin Brantley (Jessica), Garry Hager Jr. (Heather Rickman) and Connie Fazio; his great grandchildren, Braden, Connor, Tyler, Elise, Nolan and Kaydance; and his sister-in-law Ellen Brantley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
