She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Fortner Sr. and Norma Fortner (Hardman); her brother Roger; her sister-in-law Carolena Fortner (Terry); her sister Phyllis Wade (Fortner); her brother-in-law Roger Wade; and her sister Trisha Wilson (Fortner).
She is survived by: her husband E. Wayne Green; her sons, Jonathan Green (Brandi) of Washington, C. H. and Jeremy Green (Brittany) of Clarksburg; and her grandchildren, Gracee, Jeremiah Green of Washington, C. H., Brennan and Gatlin Green of Clarksburg.
