He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Smith of Blanchester, OH. and Edna Mae Smith (Rhude) of Blanchester, OH.. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Smith (Allison); his cousin Rachel Rhude; his parents-in-law, Delbert and Phyllis Allison; his brothers, Bruce (Vicki Viar) and Dan (Rhonda Allison); his nieces and nephews, Whitney (Allison), Jordan Eggleston, Jacob Allison and Luke Allison; his great-nephews, Wyatt and Paxton Eggleston; and also Caroline Rhude of Blanchester.
