He is survived by: his sons, Antonio Captain of Columbus and Matthew Seitz of Leesburg; his grandchildren, Brennen Bobst, Mercedes Captain, Antonio Captain II and Ahlovean Erica Marie Captain; his great grandchildren, Jahzara Captain, Zi'Drel Captain and Reanna Thomas; his siblings-in-law, Michael Reeves, Pat Reeves (Carla) and Marge Greene; his nephews, Chris Nelson and Carlton Greene; and his cousin Ritchie Hawkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
