She is survived by: her son Ronnie "Sam" Chapman; her grandchildren, Brittany Chapman, Paige Chapman and Austin Chapman; her great grandchildren, Jayce and Kennedy; and her siblings, Rick Ousley (Brenda), Judy Haven, Patty Cooper (Keith), Debbie Vickers (Keith) and Brenda Leone. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
