He is survived by: his wife Pamela Cunningham (Davis); his daughter Heidi Cunningham (Paul Corcoran); his stepchildren, Matthew Davis (Kristi) and Leslie Yoder (Zach); his grandchildren, Cuay McGuire, Judith, Edith, John, Gilbert, Clive, Jane and Theodore Cunningham; his stepgrandchildren, Morgan, Lauren Davis, Hudson Kerr, Benjamin and William Yoder; and his sisters, Mary Heisig (Helmut) and Lynda Jones (Michael).
