He was predeceased by: his father H. Merrill Hines; and his sister Cindy Colburn. He is survived by: his children, Aaron Hines (Rachel) of Chillicothe and Samantha Wren (Luke) of Burlington, KY; his grandchildren, Shaelyn Hamilton (Brendan), Christianna Scott (Jay), Ciara Hines, Steele Wren, Caleb Hines, Aric Hines and Blake Wren; his great grandchildren, Sequoia and Ross Scott; his nephew Tim Colburn; and his niece Kimberly Colburn-Smith. He is also survived by several in-laws and extended family.
