He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin H. Park, Sr. (Viola) and Mary Hatfield Park Ahlgren (Chester B.); his son Phillip E. Park; his grandparents, Marion O. Park (Esther) and James Hatfield (Elizabeth); and his siblings, Timothy, Jeffrey Park and Sherry Hensgen.
He is survived by: his children, Brandee L. Park Haddox and Justin A.; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Park of Dublin; his grandchildren, Bryce A. Haddox (Britney), Hunter D. Park (Hayley), Hope E. Haddox, Georgia M. Park and Cayden A. Park; his great grandchildren, Victoria A. Haddox (Tori) and Evangeline Reign Haddox (Evie); his siblings, Wayne L. Park and Debbie Jones (Darold) of Herrin, IL.; his stepbrother Bruce Fuller; and his close friends, Jim, Joyce Norris, Judy, Russ, Donna and Dale Pate. He is also survived by aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
