We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2023, at the age of 80, Maxine Kempton of Chillicothe, Ohio, born in Bancroft, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hill and Goldie Simmons Hill. She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Kempton; her children, Jeffrey Winters (Amanda) of San Diego, CA, David Winters of Tampa, FL and Tammy Ball of Hillsboro, OH; her stepson Jerry Kempton (Annie) of Chillicothe; and her grandchildren, Sarah, Raven, Brittany, Casey, Cory, Zack, Issac, Gloria, Lyddian, Hannah and Raelena. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
