She is survived by: her children, Thomas L. True (Carolyn) of Frankfort, Sherry L. True of Chillicothe and William True (Melissa) of Chillicothe; her stepchildren, Tom Spetnagel (Diana) of Chillicothe, Wayne Spetnagel, Jr. (Pat) of Chillicothe, Jenny Osborne (Dick) of Chillicothe, Judy Wetzel (John) of Chillicothe and Kim Valentour (John) of Athens; her grandchildren, Ben True (Mindy), Jennifer Skaggs (James) and Tyler True; her sisters, Mary Lou Frazier of Atlanta, GA and Carrie Sue Stanfield (Odie) of Atlanta, GA; her sister-in-law Frances Jenkins of Salyersville, KY.; and her husband Wayne R. Spetnagel. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; numerous step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
