She is survived by: her sons, Stanley Skaggs (Mary) of Chillicothe and Benny Skaggs (Lisa) of Maineville; her grandchildren, Andrea Witter (Jeremy), Jason Skaggs (Amanda), Kyle Skaggs (Alexis), Kelsey Mygatt (Joshua) and Kamron Skaggs; her great grandchildren, Chance Skaggs, Hunter Skaggs, Renee Hill, Mason Skaggs, Hope Skaggs, Luna Skaggs and Story Skaggs; her great great grandchild Luke Skaggs; her stepchildren, Bob Donohue (Anita), Todd Donohue (Linda) and Brenda Redeagle; and her siblings, Everett Kellough (Loraine), Phil Kellough (Alice), Jim Kellough (Diane), Danny Kellough (Kathy) and Connie Irvin (Larry). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; and great-great grandchild.
