She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal Tackett and Frozie Tackett (Montgomery) of Waverly, Ohio.; her son Michael John Malone; her brothers, Jimmie and Gary Tackett; and her brothers-in-law, Perry Daloisi, Bob Braucher, Ronald Dempsey, Elwood Haddox and Carroll Pigman.
She is survived by: her husband John W. Malone; her daughters, Dr. Vicki Lynn Waytowich (Ric) of Jacksonville and Mary Kathleen Kelly (Paul) of Bloomingdale; her grandchildren, Dr Nicholas Roy Waytowich (Elizabeth Cardenas), Danica Rose Waytowich, Alexander John Waytowich and Keith Michael Kelly (Zariel); her great grandchild Michelle Miller (Chris); her sisters, Joyce Haddox of Pleasant Valley, Shirley Welch of Chillicothe, Nola Braucher of Chillicothe, Nana Dempsey of Chillicothe, Caroline Daloisi of Waverly and Sherry Plowman (Tom) of Lexington; and also Freda Pigman of Leesburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and their children and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church (221 E Main St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
