She is survived by: her daughter Annalee Marie Brown of Chillicothe; her siblings, Robert Allen Smith of Chillicothe and Katrina Marie Smith of Chillicothe; her stepsiblings, Annette Clifford, Patty Rice, Tracy Selvage and Penny Flanary; and her stepmother Sharon Smith.
