She was predeceased by: her father Russell Lee; her brothers, Ron, Russell Lee Jr. and Timothy Wright; her great grandchild Tony Nokes Jr.; and her son-in-law Daniel Vance.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Howard; her children, Richard Howard II (Regina) of Waverly, Melissa Howard of Chillicothe, Lee Ann McNeil (Mike) of Columbus, Amy Hart (Sam) of Waverly and Lola Perdue (Monte) of Jackson; and her siblings, Robert Wright of Piketon, David Wright, Steve Wright, Rick Wright of Waverly, Norma Mustard of Piketon, Lois Cox of Bainbridge and Carolyn Howard of Chillicothe. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
