She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Creachbaum and Pansy Creachbaum (Ice); and her husband F. Gary "Frosty" Francis. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Francis (Chillicothe), Lee Ann Webb (Circleville) and Mark (Chelsy); her grandchildren, Kacy Davenport (Bryan) of Woodbury, TN, Holly Davenport (Josh) of Woodbury, TN, Ashton Monaghan (Ephraim) of Brooklyn, NY and Carson Francis (Chillicothe); and her sisters, Phyllis Vogel, Vera (Neal), Radcliff (Chillicothe) and Carol Doan (Charlie) of Vermillion, OH.
