She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bowman and Delma Watters Bowman; her husband Lowell Gordon Henness; her son Mark Henkle; her stepson Lowell Kelton "Kelly" Henness; and her sister Carolyn Barnhart.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Henness (Traci) of Chillicothe and Jerry Henness (Lisa) of Chillicothe; her stepdaughters, Rhonda Hudnell of Leesburg and Jo Ellen Tolle (Richard) of Leesburg; her grandchildren, Kelsey Henkle, Brandon Henkle, Derek Henkle (Haley), Whitney Rittenhouse (Trey), Olivia Henness, Hayden Henness (Kaitlyn) and Easton Henness; her stepgrandchildren, Chris Riley (Sarah), Kelli Henness Nobles, Jason Hudnell (Brenda) and Chrystal Hudnell; and her great grandchild Laikynn Henkle. She is also survived by several step great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
