He is survived by: his wife Nancy Starcher; his children, Kimberly Ratcliff (Stan Minney) of Wellston, Tamara Parker (Heath Morton) of Chillicothe, Melissa Strong (Robert) of Jackson, Anthony Parker of Waverly and Annette Parker of Columbus; his grandchildren, Tiffany Avery (Daniel Peoples) of Wellston, Shawn Avery (Trisha) of McArthur, Taylor Avery of Jackson, Trista Parker (Justin Langolf) of Chillicothe, Alek Adkins of Chillicothe, Donavon Parker of Chillicothe, Carly Adkins of Chillicothe, Jalen Parker of Dayton, Noah Parker of Dayton, Albrey Collins of Columbus and Kenzie Parker of Waverly; his great grandchildren, Journeigh, Rozalynn, Elliot, Blayke, Laykin and Gray; and his sister Peggy Speakman (George) of Chillicothe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
