He was predeceased by: his father James A. Withrow. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Hardesty; his daughter Mamie A. M. Withrow; his grandchildren, Dantasia, Makhia and Aria; and his siblings, James A. Withrow, Jr., Harry D. Withrow (Susie), Sandy Yates (Mark) and Linda Cox (Rick). He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
