She was predeceased by: her husband Charles L. Kelley; her parents, Herman L. Custer and Alberta H. Custer; her siblings, Edward Custer (Lois) and Margaret Lanoue (Ray); and her niece Karen McDiffitt.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan L. Cook (Ronald); her grandsons, Christopher Cook and Timothy Cook (Lydia); her great grandchild Gwendolyn Cook of Chillicothe; and her niece Linda Lanoue.
Her favorite charities included her churches, the American Cancer Society and the American Lung Association.
