He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lovensheimer and Evelyn Cross Lovensheimer; his wife Dolores Davis; and his siblings, James, Marvin Lovensheimer and Rosemary Jenkins.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Lovensheimer-Snyder of Chillicothe and Mark Lovensheimer (Barbara) of Dublin; his granddaughters, Emily and Paige Lovensheimer; and his sister Carolyn Shaffer of Chillicothe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
